Osun PDP accuses APC

The Osun State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party claims to have uncovered a plot by the All Progressives Congress to seize or clone the Permanent Voter Cards of civil servants and teachers in the state ahead of Saturday’s election.

The party, in a statement by its Chairman, Alhaji Gani Olaoluwa, said the APC would carry out its “evil plan” through a directive given to teachers to submit their credentials and PVCs for ‘screening.

The PDP boss wondered what voter cards have got to do with civil service screening and called on workers not to heed the directive.

According to the PDP, the APC-controlled state government was taking the step to weaken the resolution of workers not to allow the “APC’s reign of terror and wickedness.”
