Her new film “Pitch Perfect” is slated to hit theaters on May 15th, and Rebel Wilson is already hard at work on the promotional trail.
The hilarious Australian actress appears on the front of the May 8th issue ofEntertainment Weekly, explaining one of the crazy stunts she performs in the flick.
Rebel ended up having to hang upside down during one of the Barden Bellas gigs, a feat she wasn’t all that thrilled about- “They tested me to see whether I had the ability to do it. I had to hang upside down for at least 30 seconds by my thighs. I was really, really scared. But Fat Amy is super confident. So I was like, ‘Here’s what I’m going to do: I’ll do it three times—that’s it. I won’t look scared in the takes and I’ll crush it.’ I was proud that I pulled it off, and it’s such a good opening.”
