The Bank Verification Number (BVN) project is an initiative aimed at improving overall security of transactions in the Nigerian Banking Industry. To ensure the benefits of this initiative are harnessed, the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) stipulated a deadline of June 30, 2015 for enrolment of all banks’ customers. However this has been extended till October 31st 2015.
We are pleased to inform you that you can now enrol for your Bank Verification Number (BVN) outside of Nigeria.
This is made possible through the partnership between the Central Bank of Nigeria and Online Integrated Solutions (OIS), to conduct BVN enrolment for Nigerian Bank Customers at designate OIS service centres
You can book an appointment online at www.oisservices.com/bvn to enrol for your BVN at OIS centres..
Please note that you will require a valid photo ID, a passport photograph and 30 GBP enrolment fee or its equivalent in local currency except otherwise stated on the OIS web portal to register for your BVN at the designated OIS centers. We encourage you to kindly take advantage of this opportunity to enrol for your BVN.
Please remember that if you have obtained your BVN from another Nigerian bank, you can link your BVN to your current bank online via Internet Banking and our corporate website
