Curb Hoodlumps Camouflaged in NURTW uniform - Analyst tells Ambode

A political analyst, Comrade Makanjuola Kazeem has advised the executive governor of Lagos, Governor Akinwunmi Ambode in an open letter to conduct series of psychological tests and rehabilitation for commuters, Staff drivers, School bus drivers, BRT drivers and other road users within the suburbs of Lagos and the city.

Mr Kazeem made the call on his social platform on Tuesday, 6th October, 2015. Kazeem who was the former Student Union President of Ladoke Akintola University of Technology, Ogbomoso, laments that, “it is pertinent that Governor Akinwunmi Ambode administration do something about the rising population of Lagos Driveways hooligan and Extortionist, popularly called ‘Agbero’ but camouflaged in NURTW uniforms.

He was of the view that “The aforementioned sets of people are among the liabilities inherited by Babatunde Fashola led administration. However, I am of the opinion that his led government did not do enough.”
The open letter read as follows:
"Mr. Akinwunmi Ambode
Executive Governor
Government House, Alausa.
Lagos State.
Dear sir,
I have deemed it fit to advise your administration to conduct series of psychological tests and rehabilitation for nearly all commuters, popularly called Danfo drivers and Mar'wa drivers with the inclusion of reckless BRT drivers, Staff bus drivers and School bus drivers between the suburbs of Lagos and the City.
In addition, it is pertinent that your administration do something about the rising population of Lagos Driveways thugs and extortionist, popularly called Agbero but camouflaged in NURTW uniforms.
The level of insanity among the aforementioned people is disheartening and poses a great danger to the future of our dear Lagos. We must checkmate their excesses now, else the danger ahead may consume the moral standard and organization of our darling Lagos.
NB: A large percentage of the first sets of people are apparently non-yoruba speaking people, while the other are predominantly Yoruba speaking people..
Best regards."
